ServiceNow is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect at the Staff level to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves architecting scalable solutions, leading platform upgrades, analyzing performance, and mentoring development teams. The company focuses on innovative AI-enhanced technology for over 8,100 customers, including 85% of Fortune 500 companies.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
- Proven track record in performance optimization.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, and JELLY scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Next Experience UI, Playbooks, and designing/building Scoped Applications.
- Experience designing and implementing complex discovery patterns for Kubernetes or CNO.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
