ServiceNow is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on reducing risk and protecting the company and its customers through innovative AI-enhanced technology. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and proven experience in performance optimization and architecture.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Proven track record in performance optimization
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, and JELLY scripting
- Experience with Next Experience UI, Playbooks, and designing/building Scoped Applications
- Experience with ServiceNow best practices, security models, upgrade strategies, and instance governance
- Demonstrated experience in unit testing, ATF implementation, and Jasmine test bundles
- Experience designing and implementing complex discovery patterns for Kubernetes or CNO
Requirements Summary
8+ yrs ServiceNow Dev/Arch experience, deep understanding of ServiceNow platform, performance optimization skills, and Javascript expertise. Also, certification in ServiceNow System Admin/Developer required
