Staff Software AI Engineer/Developer

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Staff Software AI Engineer with development experience and a background in the Go-To-Market (GTM) domain to work on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging AIA Studio for low-code AI workflows and building intelligent solutions using technologies such as Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Knowledge Graphs (KGs).

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation in system design and cloud engineering.
• Experience in building enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for creating intelligent, no/low-code automation flows integrated with AI.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies: Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, Knowledge Graphs, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
• Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience working with GTM domains (CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, sales analytics).
