The ideal candidate will have advanced technical expertise and experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM modules, portal design, catalog management, and deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years of Project Management / Scrum / Agile experience
• ITIL V4 Certification
• Service Now Developer / Implementer Certification
