Staff Software Engineer - Agentic Workflow

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Agentic Software Engineer to design and engineer AI agentic workflows within the Global Cloud Services OODP team. The role focuses on building scalable and reliable agent-driven processes to power observability products. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging LLMs to automate complex tasks and enhance observability.

Requirements

• Experience with critical thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Proven experience designing and deploying LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Strong expertise in agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment.
