ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build software for Infrastructure Automation, working across hundreds of data centers and thousands of servers. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and deploying scalable cloud computing solutions, partnering with other teams to solve complex technical challenges. Requirements
- Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
- Strong foundation in distributed systems with experience designing and architecting systems
- Experience building products and framework
- Excellent experience in object-oriented design and backend programming (Java, JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of database technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline
- Analytical and design skills
- Experience with agile development tools and practices
- Prior experience in solving problems at systems level
