Staff Software Engineer - Security Center

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Security Center team. This team focuses on enhancing the security of ServiceNow's platform by building visualizations and troubleshooting issues across various ServiceNow features. The role involves contributing to new products, enhancing existing features, mentoring colleagues, and integrating AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (6+ with a Master’s degree)
• Proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented languages
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
• Analytical and design skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting production systems
• Experience integrating AI into work processes (preferred)
