We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team and work on building high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience working with one or more LLMs
- Experience with indexing and searching data
- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Analytical and design skills
