Staff Software Engineer

Join ServiceNow as a Staff Software Engineer to build high-quality code, work with product owners, and contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features. You will be responsible for enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes, and mentoring colleagues to promote knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
