As a Staff, Solution Architect – ITOM/ITAM & Data, you will play a strategic role in architecting and optimizing IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and foundational data structures within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules.
  • Deep expertise in CMDB, AMB, Service Mapping, Discovery, HAM, SAM, and Data Normalization.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable solutions in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
