Staff SW Engineer (7 - 9 years' experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Solution Architect to design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions and lead end-to-end development and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Integration Hub, and MID Server configuration
• Proven experience with end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, custom APIs)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, performance tuning, and data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops, gather requirements, and deliver scalable, robust ServiceNow solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross- functionally in a global environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices
