The role involves system administration, training, and process improvement within Workday (HCM), SAP SuccessFactors (Learning Management System), and ServiceNow (HR and IT case management).
Requirements
- Administering Learning Management System (LMS) support for SuccessFactors LMS
- Collaborating with internal teams and IT partners for LMS troubleshooting
- Providing reports/queries for LMS compliance
- Creating and maintaining e-modules and training course materials
- Managing users, courses, and communities across learning platforms
- Administering training evaluations and feedback
- Providing general administrative support of department
