Staff Systems Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Network SME to support their strategic partner in Germany by implementing and maintaining their system environments. The role involves working closely with the Global ServiceNow Team, delivering operational support to German customers, and ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. This is a full-time on-site position focused on network administration and DevOps operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers and familiarity with packet analysis tools
• Fluent in German and English
