Staff Systems Engineer

This role within the ServiceNow team involves supporting strategic partners by implementing and maintaining system environments hosting ServiceNow applications. The Network Administrator/SME will focus on ensuring stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure through network and system administration, database management, and DevOps operations. This position requires a strong understanding of cloud networking and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers and familiarity with packet analysis tools
• Ability to travel to customer site
• EU citizenship required
