Coupang is seeking a Staff Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer to maintain and operate the Corporate IT collaboration systems and SaaS tools. This role involves providing system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various business teams to drive operational excellence. The position focuses on ensuring the uptime and performance of these technologies and contributing to increased efficiency.
Requirements
- Work collaboratively with IT and business team members.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform incident resolution.
- Actively engage in pre- and post-implementation reviews.
- Develop and maintain a run book for ServiceNow, Jira, Wiki, etc.
