Staff Visual Designer, Product Experience

As a Visual Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and emotional impact of our products through compelling UI design. You'll work closely with designers, product leaders, and marketing teams to bring to life the vision that defines our products and their journey.

Requirements

• BA or BFA degree or higher in Art, Graphic Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience specializing in visual design for digital products
• Expert knowledge of digital creative software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and After Effects)
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Proven experience as an Art Director, Visual Designer in a senior role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design and storytelling
• In-depth knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects, with skills in creating dynamic animations and visual effects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to maintain consistency in brand messaging across various mediums
