The role involves shaping long-term strategy, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions focused on preparing employees for the future. The role focuses on learning enablement in the Success, Technology, Experience, and Platform (STEP) organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing large, multi-audience, highly complex learning teams in a project-based, budget-driven environment.
  • Expertise in developing impactful, audience-centered learning experiences using human-centered design, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick).
  • Strong background guiding teams to integrate AI tools and strategies across learning design, delivery, content development, and learner engagement at scale.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
