Requirements

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architecture role.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities.
• Experience in designing scalable and sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
