Sopra Steria is looking for a Platform Architect in ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for customers. The role involves leading technical discussions, guiding customers and development teams, and ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and sustainable.
Requirements
- Long-term experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience designing scalable and sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile work methods
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
