Discovery is seeking a Storage Administrator to manage and support the data storage environment for Discovery Holdings. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the 99.50% uptime SLA for critical storage infrastructure. It's based in South Africa and requires collaboration with various departments to maintain a stable and efficient storage environment.

Requirements

• Monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting of the Storage Environment administering infrastructure.
• Liaising with all departments in TS and technology teams across all companies.
• Ensuring that the Storage environment achieves a 99.50% uptime SLA out site scheduled change windows.
• Ensuring that all storage-related ServiceNow calls are addressed within a 90% SLA.
