ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagements Director to drive long-term revenue growth through larger and more strategic transactions in the India business. The role focuses on end-to-end deal strategy, commercial structure development, and complex negotiations with customers. The Director will collaborate with regional sales teams and corporate functions to achieve goals related to large, complex deals and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 7+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years of selling experience within the India market
  • 2+ years of Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development experience
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
