ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Customer Engagements Director to drive long-term revenue growth and profitability in the Asia and Korea markets. The role involves leading end-to-end deal strategy, creative commercial structures, and complex negotiations for large and strategic deals. This individual will serve as an in-region deal expert, collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional teams to close complex transactions.

Requirements

  • Native Korean speaker with fluent English skills
  • 12+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 7 + years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • 5 + years of selling experience within the Asia market
  • 2 + years of Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development experience
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
  • Team player with an impeccable character
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to interface with senior client executives
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • International work experience
