Datacom is seeking a Strategic Engagement Leader to drive new business within the Contact Centre and CX market, focused on AI-driven solutions. The role involves business development, technology partner engagement, proposition development, and deal origination, with a strong emphasis on AI adoption in contact centres. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing within Contact Centre technology, Customer Experience solutions, or AI/automation platforms
  • Demonstrated success in new business hunting and existing client expansion
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging customer engagement platforms
  • Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder influence, and navigating procurement and transformation programs
  • Solid business acumen including financial management, cost/revenue relationships, and project ROI modelling
