We are looking for a Subcontractor with 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Manager to implement, manage, and configure ServiceNow Discovery and Agent Client Collector (ACC) within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience
- Skills in implementing, managing, and configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Agent Client Collector (ACC)
- Experience in data governance, data management, and system administration
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
- Strong technical and process documentation skills
- Facilitation of projects and deliverables across CMDB stakeholders
- Mentoring and coaching of junior business analysts
