They are seeking a Supervisor of IT Desktop Support to lead a team responsible for providing and supporting computer equipment to employees, improving IT operations, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The role involves managing a team, handling incident escalation, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-years of experience leading a Desktop Support or similar IT function.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
• Participate in hardware and software solutions decision making.
• Demonstrate people leadership, initiative, and follow through.
• Adherence to Change Control Processes
• Compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and PCI regulations.
