RELEX Solutions, a global company focused on data-driven technology, is expanding its presence in Mexico with a new Support site in Querétaro. They are seeking Application Support Analysts to join a 24/7 team, providing first-level support to global customers and internal requests. The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with shift work beginning at 7 AM local time.

Requirements

  • Provide software support for global customers.
  • Monitor software and hardware infrastructure and respond to alerts.
  • Maintain SaaS service.
  • Handle Application Support Requests.
  • Basics skills of Linux/Unix.
  • Knowledge of databases and version control systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in English
  • Scripting skills (preferred)

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or 1-2 yrs exp in IT. Basic Linux/Unix knowledge. Strong communication skills and typing skills
