They are seeking Application Support Analysts to join a 24/7 team, providing first-level support to global customers and internal requests. The role offers a full-time, permanent contract with shift work beginning at 7 AM local time.
Requirements
- Provide software support for global customers.
- Monitor software and hardware infrastructure and respond to alerts.
- Maintain SaaS service.
- Handle Application Support Requests.
- Basics skills of Linux/Unix.
- Knowledge of databases and version control systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Fluency in English
- Scripting skills (preferred)
