Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role, ideally within an applications or software support environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM
  • Strong organisational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent understanding of support ticketing systems and incident management practices
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, or escalate appropriately
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
