We are looking for a passionate Support Digital Workplace professional who is eager to accompany users and master modern collaborative tools. You will be a key player in maintaining user performance and satisfaction on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Excellent mastery of Office 365
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its collaborative features
• Knowledge and proven use of Copilot
• Solid skills in troubleshooting hardware and software on a Windows environment
• Knowledge of basic networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Mastery of a ticketing tool (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
