We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Mexico City. As a Support Engineer, you will work in a team to ensure the efficient operation of Device Management, manage and track support tickets, and provide technical support for Windows operating systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Systems Engineering or related fields
  • 1 year of experience providing support for Windows SO
  • Knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune
  • Experience in ticket management, preferably ServiceNow
