The Support Engineer L2 - PL/SQL /Shell role is looking for someone proficient in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, and scripting. Responsibilities include incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. This is a L2 position, a subset of a Support Engineer L1 role.

Requirements

  • Oracle Database understanding
  • SQL proficiency (writing, debugging, optimization)
  • PL/SQL understanding and troubleshooting
  • Linux/Unix skills (log analysis, file management)
  • Scripting skills for automation
  • Monitoring Tools (Oracle, Nagios, etc.)
