We are seeking a Support Engineer with experience in payment processing applications, Microservices architecture, and API integrations to provide technical support and maintenance for financial applications.
Requirements
- Must-Have:
- .NET experience
- Proven experience with payment processing applications and ability to explain their functionality.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially Incident Management and Change Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar service management tools.
- Understanding of Payment systems and financial transaction flows, or experience with other tools or platforms used for managing payment processes
- Ability to manage and resolve service tickets effectively.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with SWIFT Alliance Cloud Platform.
- Ability to perform minor code fixes and provide maintenance support.
- Understanding of financial processes within SWIFT.
- Familiarity with integration methods such as APIs and SFTP.
- Experience supporting financial applications and platforms.
