Support for Business Intelligence Development

Spektrum is seeking a Business Intelligence Development, Modelling and Service Integration support to join the Business Application Centre (NBAC). This role focuses on developing, configuring, and deploying data pipelines from ServiceNow to the reporting database (Oracle) to enhance data availability and improve operational efficiency for NATO. The ServiceNow provider and partner ecosystem will be strengthened through secure and cost-effective communications and information technology services.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Data engineering implementation experience
• 5 years+ experience using Oracle Data Integrator
• 2 years+ working experience with ServiceNow data extraction
• 2 years+ working knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and processes
• 5 years+ working experience in Oracle Databases
• Proficient in designing SQL queries and ETL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
