The Support Specialist will provide L1/L2 Support for Middle and Back-office applications 24/7 across different shifts, continuously improve and innovate the strategic applications supported, and work closely with developers to review changes to be rolled out in production environment.

Requirements

  • IT service management
  • UNIX / Knowledge and experience in Shell scripting
  • Knowledge on SQL query, Sybase, PL/SQL
  • Knowledge on Linux, Windows Infrastructure
  • Experience in Control-M scheduling tool, ITRS, Confluence, Jira, Remedy and other tools
  • Itil knowledge – incident, problem, change management / servicenow
