Senior Developer, ServiceNow

The Senior Developer, ServiceNow will play a critical role in Bentley Systems’ Digital Business Enablement (DBE) team, contributing to the modernization of enterprise applications and enhancing user experience across the organization.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Support and lead our delivery efforts through the latest Agile and DevOps practices
• Communicate the value of the ServiceNow platform in solving industry-specific challenges
• Participate in roadmap planning, architectural input, strategic solution design, release management, and platform governance
• Support incident and request queue management
• Provide leadership to junior developers and other administrators in a mentorship capacity
