State Street is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Support Strategy and Delivery to develop, implement, and execute a technology support strategy to enhance management and stakeholders' ability to effectively execute the Internal Audit function.
Requirements
- Operational Excellence – Delivering, measuring and reporting a high-quality end-user experience through a well-defined support operating model and service level agreements (SLA) for audit management system and end-user developed tools.
- Partnerships and Collaboration – Driving clarity and efficiencies by working with business product owners, technology custodians, vendors and end-users to develop and implement key audit capabilities, with a focus on ensuring post-implementation support.
- Business As Usual Support – Supporting the global user base through incident intake, problem management, first- and second-level support for audit management and analytics solutions.
