We are looking for a Swedish-speaking IT support technician to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, thorough, and stress-resistant, with experience in IT support and knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Requirements
- Relevant education or experience in IT support
- Fluent Swedish and Finnish in speech and writing
- Meritorious is experience in working with customer service, servicedesk, IT support, or technical support
- Knowledge in, for example, Windows Server and Client, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, networking, hardware, incident management system (meritorious if you are familiar with ServiceNow)
- Strong personal interest and drive
- Ability and interest in performing troubleshooting
