- Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Manage patching processes for OS and applications for endpoints and servers.
- Coordinate software distribution and updates.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Synchronize ManageEngine assets with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Enforce security policies to protect endpoints, servers and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on device status and compliance.
