This System Administrator position focuses on managing and maintaining the Manage Engine Endpoint Central. Responsibilities include patching endpoints, managing software installations, handling incidents, deploying MDM solutions, and maintaining hardware and software inventory. The role also involves providing technical support and training to users.

Requirements

  • Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of endpoint devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Manage patching processes for OS and applications for endpoints and servers.
  • Coordinate software distribution and updates.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Synchronize ManageEngine assets with ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Enforce security policies to protect endpoints, servers and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Generate and analyze reports on device status and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.

Requirements Summary

Manage device and endpoint management, manage patching, coordinate software updates, and maintain asset inventory. Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB is a plus
