As a System Administrator, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops, systems hardware, and software within a high-demand, mission-critical environment. You’ll resolve help desk requests, support user account maintenance, and contribute to a collaborative IT support team ensuring secure, reliable operations across global sites.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work Tuesday–Saturday from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Must be able to complete training Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (up to 3 months).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and account administration (preferred).
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (preferred).

Requirements Summary
