We are seeking a System Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, design ITSM processes, configure and customize ServiceNow applications, and provide user training and support.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITSM processes
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide support during system implementations and upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation
