The role involves setup, operation, problem analysis, and collaboration on workplace IT policies. Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector
  • At least three years of experience with client management solutions (especially Microsoft Intune)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender
  • Good knowledge of other management tools (SCCM, Empirum, Windows Autopilot)
  • Cross-architecture knowledge in the Windows environment
  • Basic ITSM knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification)
  • Skill in task automation with Microsoft PowerShell
  • Knowledge in managing Apple devices
  • Experience with trouble ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
  • German language skills (at least B2 level)
  • English is nice to have
