The Tech Enterprise Delivery Data Analyst will coordinate technology services and support decision-making and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include developing Power BI dashboards, analyzing service execution, and identifying opportunities to automate or optimize service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- ITIL certification
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM data
- Understanding of IT service management metrics
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and data integration tools
