This System and Network Engineer is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The role involves providing technical expertise in system and network administration, ensuring seamless operation, and security, with a focus on both on-premises and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and firewall technologies, as well as a deep understanding of virtualization platforms like VMWare.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System and Network Administrator
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azurecloud platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies and VPN solutions
  • Strong proficiency in VMWareand virtualization platforms
  • Experience managing Windows desktop and server environments (20082022)
  • Proficiency with ticketing and remote management tools

Requirements Summary
