We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll/Time Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee timekeeping-related data and ensuring seamless payroll processing to support our organization’s workforce.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in US timekeeping, payroll administration and payroll taxes
- Working knowledge of US end-to-end payroll procedures and other pay-impacting processes
- Proficient in using various systems, including Workforce Dimensions, Kronos/ADP E-Time, ServiceNow, Workday, Cloud Pay, SAP/GlobalView, and UKG Payroll.
