System & Network Engineer (Level II)

The System and Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. They will provide technical expertise in system and network administration, ensuring seamless operation and security of on-premises and cloud-based systems. The role requires experience with a variety of technologies and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and maintain server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, using Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for system, network, and application issues.
• Administer firewalls and VPN solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect, SonicWall, and Fortinet.
• Monitor, configure, and manage security protocols including intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide effective IT solutions.
