The role involves issue resolution, proactive system support, and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Eligibility & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Storage administration support
- Strong knowledge of Storage, SAN, Compute, Object/Block/File Storage technology
- Flexible working environment
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
