System1 is seeking a talented Operations Associate to join their global Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will support Commercial and Research colleagues in delivering solutions to customers, overseeing supplier management, providing project support, and ensuring excellent customer service. System1 empowers marketers to create effective advertising and build brand equity through data-driven products and expert guidance.
Requirements
- Great communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Two or more years’ work experience
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Any ticketing systems (eg., Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc) is helpful
