Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
- At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move hardware (monitors, PCs, printers, etc.) and walk between buildings on a large campus
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with: Windows 7/10, Citrix, SCCM, and SMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Thin/Thick Clients, VDI, printers, AV/VTC systems, and general end-user hardware
- Experience using IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Certifications: Security+, A+, Network+, or equivalent DoD 8570.01M certification (required), ITIL v3 Foundations (preferred)
