Systems Administrator

As a Systems Administrator, you will provide hands-on deskside support for end-user technology, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain accurate asset management of deployed software and devices. You will work in a mission-focused environment, supporting intelligence operations at the heart of national security.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
• At least 3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move hardware (monitors, PCs, printers, etc.) and walk between buildings on a large campus
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with: Windows 7/10, Citrix, SCCM, and SMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Thin/Thick Clients, VDI, printers, AV/VTC systems, and general end-user hardware
• Experience using IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Certifications: Security+, A+, Network+, or equivalent DoD 8570.01M certification (required), ITIL v3 Foundations (preferred)
