Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support our large cluster of servers in web/hosting environments. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in system administration, with a strong understanding of on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in system administration
• Linux/Unix fundamentals
• Good understanding of Linux Systems
• Good understanding of various tools / services that are available by default with the Operating system
• Knowledge of concepts like DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP
• Understanding of RAID/DAS/SAN/NAS storage solutions
• Exposure to database servers such as MySQL
• Intermediate level skills managing web servers
• Familiarity with Firewall tools
• Hands-on experience with cloud services
• Knowledge working with Terraform and automation tools
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Familiarity with OCI security features
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or equivalent tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work shifts and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
