The Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Power Platform and SharePoint servers and sites. The role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Power Platform applications and the SharePoint on-premises and online server environments to ensure security, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises administration, including site management, permissions, and content management
- Experience with supporting Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office 365, OneDrive, and Teams, in an extensive environment
- Knowledge of IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket management and incident resolution
