The Systems Engineer III will lead incident resolution efforts, ensure system stability and performance, and improve service management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, systems engineering, and service management, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with ITSM tools
  • Expertise in incident management processes, problem management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
  • Proficient in systems administration, server architecture, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and alerting systems
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts
  • Scripting and automation skills
  • ITIL Foundation or advanced certifications (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and systems engineering (Linux/Windows)
